How the Program Works
Each Fellow’s journey is individualized and personal. OIH provides assistance in all Phases of ETA. Our Fellows are never alone on their journey.
Elements of the Program
Coach: Each Fellow has a dedicated Coach who will be on the journey with them. The Coach will provide whole life planning, accountability, and productivity support.
Veteran Business Advisor: VBAs are provided for each Phase. The VBA is a consultant who solves problems, brings focus, and brings in Allied Resources.
Allied Resources: Business acquisitions don’t just happen. OIH has curated a large list of business analysts, CPAs, lawyers, and more. These allies offer some services pro bono and some at special rates.
Mentors: Our Fellows can stand on the shoulders of giants. OIH’s mentors provide experience, guidance, and perspective.
Training: Every Fellow comes in with knowledge and gaps. We provide training to fill the gaps, as well as to strengthen strengths.
Community: No one marches alone. OIH has community pods and meetups to strengthen each other.
