Five shooters. One combat veteran captain. Stages built to force communication under pressure. The Operator Support Shoot brings that same discipline to the range — and to the mission of building the next generation of veteran business owners.
Event Details
- Date: March 7, 2027
- Time: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM PST
- Range Safety Briefing: 9:00 AM

Bus transportation will be organized from San Diego to Covert Canyon Ranch — details on pickup locations and times will be shared with registered teams.
Teams will run stages designed around communication and coordination under stress — the same instincts that carry over to acquiring, operating, and growing a business. The pilot event raised $12,500 for veteran entrepreneurship programs, with 85% of every dollar going directly to OIH’s mentorship, coaching, and acquisition advising for veterans in the program.
Acquire with discipline. Grow with intention. Exit with honor.
