We operate with a mission-aligned financial model where over 85% of all funding goes directly to programing. This creates:

  • Opportunities for fellows to buy back shares at lower than market value.

  • Donors and grants cover training, coaching, and infrastructure, keeping the mission moving.

  • Advisors are paid by OIH, not the Veteran, because our incentives are long-term, not transactional.
